Excellent food. Quick service. Best Chinese food in all of Charleston. We had General Tso chicken, crab Rangoon, orange chicken, shrimp lo mein and coconut shrimp. All were excellent.
The food is always good even to pick up and take home (btw... is several miles away from them) the service was well, the food is really good. That's all I'm saying. lol. Along with there are a few tables & chairs if u just have to have a place to sit & eat

I love to get food here. Service is super fast, and they are so nice! My favorite thing to get is their sesame chicken, egg roll, lo mein. It's just the perfect combo.

I think it's really funny that folks feel the need to make sure that YOU know that THEY know that Main Kwong is not the food you would eat if you visited Hong Kong or had a Chinese grandmother. OBVIOUSLY it is your normal take out Chinese restaurant; they are pretty consistent and mostly reliable. Some folks might be bothered by the idea that they don't want to sit and chat and call you "honey" or "baby" or "sweetie" but would rather take your order and move on to the next customer because you aren't the only person in the world but i'm ok with that, i ain't here to make friends, you know? If i'm getting Chinese food in Chucktown, im getting it from Main Kwong
